Process
	You, our valued customer, define your requirements (and limitations) to our project development team who then take over the task of iteratively executing the project by -
	Envisioning, understanding and also refining the business requirements and overall goals of your project. Only after you agree on the project direction will we move on to
	Planning & Designing where we fine tune your requirements accurately and effectively to your satisfaction.
	Developing which involves moving on to your project itself.
	Stabilizing your project is of utmost importance: our team collects and integrates feedback on the released version, resolves project-related issues, enhances the architecture and prepares for the next version.
Communication
	Our project process is completely transparent. Time spent on your project is controlled through a web-based instrument (PM), and you can review it at anytime and be ensured that our system would show the most current information owing to our very strict policy on filling timesheet records.
Time difference management
	Our working day is usually 'shifted' to provide the most efficient coverage with our US-based customer's business day.
	The Project Manager has at least 4 hours overlap with US business hours.
	The Coordinator has at least 5 hours overlap and is available 24 hours on his mobile phone.
	The Development team and QA team work one after the other, hence taking advantage of the time difference.
Requirements management
	For remotely implemented projects, it is essential that requirements are assessed, analyzed, and updated accurately and effectively. KewalTech has an established requirements-assessment procedure in place. As part of the standard process, the Project Coordinator and Project Manager go from top to bottom, from understanding the client's business processes to creating workflow models of the software to be built and down to creating technical requirements for software. Every step is documented and approved by client along the way.
Requirements' Change management
	Even after managing your requirements, we understand that you might sometimes need our project supervisor to make functional or operational changes to the system. The cost incurred in implementing the change and the schedule and system impact of the change follows certain fundamental principles.
Change Procedure standards
	Making any change must not affect the integrity of the system.
	The system must be consistent, both in the working procedures (i.e. data entry, reporting, etc.) and user interface. Therefore, all changes must be done in alignment with existing system style.
	A change must be properly documented and change development must be planned and executed.

	Software code repository must permit rolling back to any previous system version.
	Deploying an updated system should have minimal or no affect on the normal work cycle
Document sharing and management
	All project documentation is maintained in a centralized repository accessible to a client over the web. This repository is supported by Source Safe. Typically, project repository makes use of Microsoft SharePoint team services.
Project Tracking
	Our KewalTech team uses a proprietary Project Tracking tool, which provides the project status in real time. It lists the project tasks with statuses, assigned developers and effort spent. You have access to this tool over the web.

Sometimes, clients having a software development setup, would like to hire a set of additional resources, having a specialty. For example, a client would require a person for a short duration for testing a particular aspect of the software.

Under this scheme, KewalTech would dedicate to the customer a certain work resource(s). For example, the customer may want two full-time developers and one tester. Essentially, KewalTech makes resources available in the raw form directly to the client.

The customer pays KewalTech a certain stipulated sum monthly for each resource. The cost of each resource is determined by the skill set. KewalTech procedures and QA skills have minimal role, and are applied only as required by the client.
