Our project process is completely transparent. Time spent on your project is controlled through a web-based instrument (PM), and you can review it at anytime and be ensured that our system would show the most current information owing to our very strict policy on filling timesheet records.
 
Time difference management
Our working day is usually 'shifted' to provide the most efficient coverage with our US-based customer's business day.

Requirements management
For remotely implemented projects, it is essential that requirements are assessed, analyzed, and updated accurately and effectively. KewalTech has an established requirements-assessment procedure in place. As part of the standard process, the Project Coordinator and Project Manager go from top to bottom, from understanding the client's business processes to creating workflow models of the software to be built and down to creating technical requirements for software. Every step is documented and approved by client along the way.
 
Requirements' Change management
Even after managing your requirements, we understand that you might sometimes need our project supervisor to make functional or operational changes to the system. The cost incurred in implementing the change and the schedule and system impact of the change follows certain fundamental principles.

Time-based Resource

Sometimes, clients having a software development setup, would like to hire a set of additional resources, having a specialty. For example, a client would require a person for a short duration for testing a particular aspect of the software.

Under this scheme, KewalTech would dedicate to the customer a certain work resource(s). For example, the customer may want two full-time developers and one tester. Essentially, KewalTech makes resources available in the raw form directly to the client.

The customer pays KewalTech a certain stipulated sum monthly for each resource. The cost of each resource is determined by the skill set. KewalTech procedures and QA skills have minimal role, and are applied only as required by the client.
